Every night at Bourbon Street is an adventure. People can walk inside, give everyone a high five, eat some wings, drink and dance on bars in a Mardi Gras themed atmosphere. It sounds like a fantasy land that nothing else can beat, but there is one thing that does beat an ordinary night at Bourbon Street: its 2010 New Year’s Eve bash.
Doors open at 8pm and DJs will be spinning hip-hop, top 40, rock and dance. You must be 21 years or older to enter this awesome party and sip on some famous New Orleans drinks like the Frozen Hurricane, Purple Haze (a Louisiana Beer) and, obviously, the ultimate collection of Bourbon.
Four different types of tickets are available: General Admission, VIP Balcony Access, Seated VIP and Main Room VIP. Each includes 12 hours of NYE extravagance from 8pm-8am, six hours of premium open bar and Cajun-inspired hors d’oeoures that will make your mouth water. Additionally, each package includes a champagne toast at midnight, party favors and a chance to watch the ball drop, just blocks away from one of the LCD screens located throughout the bar.
Prices will increase as New Year’s Eve gets closer, so don’t wait to jump at the opportunity to make your New Year’s Eve one-of-a-kind, just a few blocks away from Times Square! In the atmosphere of New Orleans, you’ll never what to expect. Someone may toss you a strand of beads and in a flash, your party will begin.
