New Year’s Celebration at the National Constitution Center
While other venues try to pull out all the stops and create some obscure, wild party for New Year’s Eve, the National Constitution Center brings it back to good old New Year’s tradition, making this year’s Glitter City Gala one of our favorites on the list.
The party encompasses everything that the perfect, quintessential New Years should, from fireworks, to a champagne toast at midnight to bands rocking and DJs spinning well into January 1st. Feast on food from the delicious carving stations and pasta buffets or enjoy a drink (or two, or three) from one of the numerous easy-access bars during the five-hour open bar. Just remember, traditional parties call for traditional attire, and whether you’re decked out in a tuxedo or ball gown, or you choose to dress a little funky, don something glittery. After all, this is the Glitter City Gala.
There’s no such thing as a party without music and dancing and the National Constitution Center knows that just because the band stops to take a break, the partying doesn’t have to. To keep the fiesta flowing, DJs will be playing in between band sets, providing a nice little mix to the entertainment. And, to top it all off CTO Heat will be there playing party music all throughout the night keeping the volume high and the energy higher.
If you like the idea of a truly traditional New Year’s Eve party full of glitz, glitter and fun, then head to the Glitter City Gala at Philadelphia’s grand National Convention Center
